No Upward Trend In Cyclonic Activity

There is this ridiculous claim that hurricanes and cyclones are becoming more intense, or are increasing in number. The truth is that hurricane and cyclonic activity is very, very low at the moment, as measured by satellite data taken from 1979 onwards.
